Stock Controller

About the Role

Watania Steel is seeking a Stock Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining precise inventory records and ensuring seamless operational flow within our supply chain. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail to manage stock levels and support overall inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Track stock levels and initiate replenishment processes as required.
• Coordinate effectively with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory and stock reports for management.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Support internal and external audits and inventory control procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
• Familiarity with stock forecasting and demand planning methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP (MM) and/or WMS systems.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic team focused on operational excellence in steel manufacturing.
