Stock Preparation Operator

About the Role

Careers International is seeking a Stock Preparation Operator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for managing stock preparation processes to ensure quantity and quality align with the product mix and budgeted costs, while maintaining budget yield.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain stock preparation equipment in good working condition.
• Control manpower and overtime in accordance with the budget.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping within the facility.
• Manage and minimize downtime caused by stock-related issues.
• Train subordinates to ensure they are capable of handling their areas of responsibility.
• Ensure raw material arrangement meets quantity and quality specifications as per budget.
• Provide continuous pulp feeding to machines according to running capacity, budget cost, and instructions from management.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations by both self and subordinates.
• Maintain safe working conditions within the stock plant.
• Control consistency and SR as required for different grades of product.
• Follow instructions from the Production Manager for routine tasks and responsibilities.
• Supply pulp of good quality to prevent production disturbances and quality loss.
• Conduct any trials within the stock plant.
• Perform daily SAP entries for consumption and conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations as per Finance department requirements.
• Maintain the process parameters log book.
• Audit IMS and related documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in stock preparation or a similar operational capacity. A strong understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and operational efficiency is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active participation in plant operations and collaboration with production teams to achieve operational goals.
