Role Overview: Strategy New Associate (Co-op Program)

Accenture is seeking Saudi Nationals for a Strategy New Associate (Co-op Program) in Riyadh. This full-time, 6-month Co-op Program offers an opportunity to join Accenture's Supply Chain and Engineering Consulting team. Interns will gain practical experience in client projects, business analysis, problem-solving, and digital transformation initiatives. The program focuses on developing analytical, technical, and consulting skills necessary for a career in management consulting, exposing participants to real-world business challenges and strategic, operational, and technology-driven transformation projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams in conducting research, analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
• Assist in developing presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and project discussions with internal teams.
• Support the development of recommendations and insights for clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program requiring a co-op or internship.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering a collaborative environment within Accenture's Supply Chain and Engineering Consulting team. The role involves working closely with experienced consultants on client projects.
