JnS Education, established in 2009, is dedicated to assisting learners in achieving their study-abroad aspirations. The organization provides comprehensive, end-to-end guidance, including free counseling, course and university selection, financial aid assistance, and test preparation for exams such as TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, and PTE. As an official testing center for PTE and other examinations in Pakistan and the Gulf region, JnS Education supports students through application processes, visa arrangements, and accommodation planning, ensuring international education is accessible and transformative.

The Role of Student Counselor

JnS Education is seeking a Student Counselor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on guiding prospective students through their entire international education journey. The role involves providing expert advice and support to facilitate successful study-abroad placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through their complete study-abroad journey, from initial inquiry to pre-departure.
• Conduct initial counseling sessions to understand student academic backgrounds, interests, and goals.
• Assist students with appropriate course and university selection based on their profile and aspirations.
• Discuss suitable international destinations and academic pathways tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide comprehensive information on admission requirements, standardized tests, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid.
• Support students in preparing strong application documents, including Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and recommendation letters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and progress.
• Respond promptly to student inquiries received in person, by phone, and through online channels.
• Offer continuous support during the application, visa processing, and pre-departure stages.
• Collaborate with colleagues to organize and conduct informative sessions and workshops for students.
• Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, university programs, and immigration policies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with students and their families.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in counseling or student advising are considered an advantage.
• Prior experience (0-1 years) in academic advising, student recruitment, or study-abroad consultancy is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Student Counselor will work directly from the JnS Education office, providing in-person guidance and support to students within a collaborative team environment.
