The College Counselor Role

Dar Al Fikr Schools is seeking a College Counselor for a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah. This role supports high school learners in exploring post-secondary options, preparing college application materials, and planning academic pathways aligned with their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with learners and their families to discuss post-secondary plans.
• Guiding learners through college selection, application timelines, standardized testing, and essay preparation.
• Coordinating recommendation letters for college applications.
• Advising on financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
• Organizing college-related workshops and information sessions for learners and parents.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and international university admission requirements.
• Collaborating with teachers, school leaders, and external institutions to ensure comprehensive guidance and smooth transitions to higher education.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Dar Al Fikr Schools in Jeddah, Makkah. The College Counselor will work directly with high school learners, families, and school staff within the established educational framework of the schools.
