About the Summer Programme

BlackRock is offering an eight-week Summer Internship Programme in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, designed to provide students with a challenging and supportive experience that closely mirrors that of a full-time BlackRock Analyst. The programme runs from June through August and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Programme Structure and Development

The internship commences with an orientation that provides a comprehensive overview of BlackRock and includes insights from senior leaders. Following orientation, interns receive on-the-job training and are assigned daily responsibilities to contribute to their respective teams throughout the summer. The programme also incorporates a speaker series, mentorship opportunities, and various networking events, including activities with BlackRock's employee networks.

About Financial Markets Advisory (FMA)

BlackRock’s Financial Markets Advisory (FMA) team provides strategic advice and execution support to clients across various areas, including capital markets, financial products and investments, portfolio management, and financial data & analytics. Clients include official sector entities and financial institutions globally, such as banks, central banks, asset owners, and insurance companies.

FMA Client Support and Approach

The FMA team assists clients with critical and complex financial issues. This includes establishing sovereign investment funds, addressing capital markets topics, analyzing, optimizing, and unwinding complex asset portfolios, and developing innovative financing solutions to support economic growth. FMA leverages BlackRock’s capital markets, data & analytics, and technology capabilities to deliver impact-oriented advisory services.

Candidate Qualifications

• Candidates must be in their penultimate year of studies.
• Graduating from an undergraduate or master’s degree program in 2028.
