About Red Sea Global and the Warehouse Supervisor Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is part of Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a specialized supply chain and logistics subsidiary dedicated to supporting Saudi Arabia’s pioneering regenerative tourism projects. The subsidiary manages end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement support, transportation, inventory, warehouse management, and last-mile logistics across the Red Sea coast and beyond.

Purpose of the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive management of warehouse operations. This includes ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating supplier shipments, maintaining effective stock control, and overseeing the distribution of materials and equipment to all operational locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain precise inventory records and optimal stock levels.
• Organize and manage warehouse storage for efficient space utilization.
• Collaborate with brand managers on stock planning and inventory control strategies.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure adherence to minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Arrange deliveries and transfers of materials to all designated operational locations.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts and thorough inventory audits.
• Ensure the proper handling and secure storage of equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Provide essential inventory information and support to procurement and operations teams.
• Uphold warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily warehouse activities.

Operational Policies and Continuous Improvement

The Supervisor will ensure adherence to all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to maintain controlled and consistent work execution. This includes assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports, applying safety, quality, and environmental management policies, and contributing to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and management.
