Red Sea Coastal Trading Company operates as a specialized supply chain and logistics subsidiary under Red Sea Global, dedicated to facilitating the seamless delivery of materials, equipment, and services across the company's extensive portfolio of developments. This subsidiary is integral to Saudi Arabia’s ambitious tourism initiatives, providing end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement support, transportation coordination, inventory and warehouse management, and last-mile logistics to remote destinations along the Red Sea coast and beyond.

The Role of Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage critical warehouse operations. This full-time role involves overseeing inventory accuracy, coordinating supplier shipments, implementing robust stock control measures, and managing the efficient distribution of materials and equipment to all operational locations. The Supervisor ensures that all logistics processes are streamlined and compliant with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming materials and equipment.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and optimal stock levels.
  • Organize and manage warehouse storage to ensure efficient utilization of space.
  • Collaborate with brand managers on stock planning and inventory control.
  • Monitor stock movements and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Arrange deliveries and transfers of materials to all operational locations.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and thorough inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Support procurement and operations teams with timely inventory information.
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.
  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports.
  • Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes, and practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics within a similar operational environment.
  • Physically capable of handling warehouse activities, including occasional lifting, movement, and inspection of materials and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
