Role Overview

The Bridge Recruitment is seeking a System Administrator to join an established organization in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the enterprise IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the security, performance, reliability, and availability of critical systems while providing responsive technical support across multiple company locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policy, and identity services.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including email and user management.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot servers, operating systems, applications, hardware, and software.
• Manage Data Loss Prevention solutions and security controls.
• Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Support enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and data-protection operations.
• Respond to incidents and urgent technical issues.
• Provide end-user support across different company locations.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to maintain infrastructure stability.
• Maintain accurate system configurations, procedures, and operational documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in system administration or a related IT infrastructure role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and security practices including Data Loss Prevention and patch management.
• Familiarity with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and data protection operations.

Work Environment and Expectations

This position is full-time and based in Riyadh. The role may require travel between company sites within the city and to other locations as needed. Candidates must also be available to respond to urgent operational issues when necessary.
