About TawanTech and the Role

TawanTech is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and is central to maintaining our enterprise infrastructure operations.

Role Overview

The Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for supporting critical enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high system availability, robust security compliance, and effective administration of both Windows and Linux environments. This position focuses on the operational integrity and performance of our core infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Perform system administration activities, including OS configuration, patching, hardening, and troubleshooting.
  • Deploy and manage enterprise monitoring, backup, security, and endpoint management tools.
  • Support infrastructure security controls and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
  • Monitor system health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring solutions.
  • Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration baselines.
  • Support automation initiatives using scripting tools.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Windows and Linux operating systems administration.
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring, backup, security, and endpoint management tools.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity requirements and infrastructure security controls.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation initiatives.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role operates within a professional environment focused on maintaining robust IT infrastructure.
