System Administrator

About the Role

SAT Microsystems is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, specializing in L2/L3 infrastructure support, Microsoft 365, infrastructure security, VMware, backup & disaster recovery, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Manage identity and endpoint solutions such as Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Intune, device compliance, and patch management.
• Implement and maintain security measures including Microsoft Defender, EDR, endpoint security, vulnerability management, DLP, and security incident resolution.
• Support Windows Infrastructure, covering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Administer VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VM provisioning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery operations, including Veeam administration, DR drills, failover/failback procedures, RPO, and RTO.
• Configure and monitor Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components such as Compute, Storage, VCN, Subnets, NSGs, IAM, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Develop and utilize PowerShell scripting for Windows and M365 administration tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated strong hands-on L2/L3 infrastructure support experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage escalations effectively.
• Proven experience in incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Mandatory and strong priority for candidates with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.

This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time role within the SAT Microsystems team.
