About the Systems Technician Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Systems Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to executing basic design projects related to new product development, redesigns of existing products, and production modifications. The Systems Technician will contribute to technical design initiatives within a professional and dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Regularly correct or resolve issues and problems in existing systems and processes, implementing minor changes as needed.

Project Design and Coordination

• Plan, direct, and execute basic design projects related to new product development, redesign of existing products, and production modifications.
• Manage CAD deliverables for customers, coordinate layout and packaging, and oversee release coordination using EPIC.
• Conduct CAD studies to support design and development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to apply broad theory and principles within a specific discipline, or advanced technical/operational practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline, integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.

Professional Scope and Problem Solving

This role requires the ability to address problems that may be vaguely defined, necessitating a thorough understanding and consideration of other job areas. The Systems Technician operates as an individual contributor, focusing on tasks within a narrow, domestic scope, typically limited to locations within the country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts.
