The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Internship

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an internship position in Riyadh. This role is designed to support our recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent. The coordinator will be instrumental in coordinating the hiring process, managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain foundational knowledge in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Prospective candidates for this internship must meet the following specific criteria:

• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
• Must have no working experience for the last 6 months.
