About the Opportunity
Abunayyan Holding is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join its HR team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship position, offered through the Tamheer Program, is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to gain practical experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management. The trainee will play a supportive role in fulfilling the company's hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on defined job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and manage follow-up communication with candidates.
- Support the development of talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to the preparation of job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials.
- Aid with onboarding tasks, such as document collection and orientation coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligibility for and registration in the Tamheer Program, requiring no prior employment in the last 6 months and no current registration in GOSI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new HR systems.
- A genuine passion for Human Resources, recruitment, and talent development.
