About the Role
HRsource is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology to join a leading global technology organization in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for leading technology recruitment efforts across the Kingdom, partnering with business leaders and HR to attract and hire technical talent. The role requires a blend of operational execution and a consultative approach to shape hiring strategies within a rapidly growing technology sector.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
This strategic role involves leading and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for technology recruitment in Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing proactive hiring strategies for technical and digital functions in collaboration with business leaders and HR.
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Serving as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers and building strong working relationships.
- Creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber technology professionals within the Saudi market.
- Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Ensuring an efficient and timely hiring process while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Utilizing market intelligence and recruitment data to inform hiring outcomes and workforce planning.
- Promoting internal mobility, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Coaching hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, assessment, and selection.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing the Talent Acquisition team to meet performance KPIs and service levels.
- Establishing relationships with recruitment partners, universities, professional networks, and industry associations in KSA.
- Ensuring recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor legislation, Saudization requirements, and company policies.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience recruiting for Technology/IT positions is essential.
- Previous Talent Acquisition experience specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
- A strong understanding of the Saudi technology talent market and current hiring trends.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of technical disciplines, including Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Product, Digital, and Enterprise Technology.
- Experience recruiting high-demand and niche technical talent within KSA.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a Talent Acquisition team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking platforms, referrals, and direct search methodologies.
- Experience using recruitment analytics and data to improve hiring performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization requirements, and local employment practices.

Work Environment and Location
