About the Role

Whitecollars is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time, on-site role supports a client that owns and operates a growing chain of restaurants and cafés across Saudi Arabia, offering diverse dining experiences. The client is continuously expanding its workforce to support growth and maintain high service standards.

Role Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions across the client's organization. This includes roles within Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Restaurant Operations, Customer Service, and other corporate and operational functions. The primary objective is to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent efficiently, while ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Handle end-to-end hiring for various positions across departments, including Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Restaurant Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Source, attract, and assess qualified candidates through different recruitment channels and interviewing methods.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics, provide hiring reports, and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends to continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Saudi National.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for multiple functions such as Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Retail, or Hospitality.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
