About the Role

Rgheeb is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position will support recruitment projects across various industries, focusing on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure successful placements and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality candidate placements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate relevant reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search is required.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and conducting effective interviews.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is preferred.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work.

Compensation Structure

In addition to a base salary, successful placements will result in commission earnings.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region.
