About the Role

Netzero, a growing environmental and sustainability company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time position will focus on attracting and hiring exceptional talent to support the company's expansion and environmental impact initiatives.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization. This involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and facilitating timely hires for key business functions. The role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to efficient recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for various roles.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Manage the offer preparation process and support new hire onboarding.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract qualified candidates.
  • Stay informed about current recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.

Required Skills

  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies concurrently.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role operates within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring adaptability and efficiency.
