The Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely attraction, assessment, and hiring of qualified talent while delivering a professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role also supports workforce planning, employer branding initiatives, recruitment reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from requisition approval through to onboarding.
  • Source candidates effectively using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback to all parties.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers in accordance with the approved Salary Scale and company policies.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline to address both current and anticipated future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and adheres to company procedures and compliance standards.
  • Monitor key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs), such as Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Employee Relations on matters related to visa processing, onboarding logistics, and employment documentation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, participate in career fairs, and foster university partnerships.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudization requirements and relevant labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports within the HR system.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related human resources field.

Work Setting

This is a full-time role within the People & Culture department, contributing to the strategic growth of Flow Progressive Logistics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
