The Arab Lens, a reputable organization experiencing continued growth, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to strengthening the company's recruitment capabilities and supporting its long-term workforce strategy by attracting high-caliber professionals.
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This involves partnering with hiring managers across various business functions to identify, attract, assess, and secure qualified talent. The position requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to identifying exceptional candidates within competitive markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment requirements.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill vacancies.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate evaluation reports and recommendations.
- Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
- Maintain talent pipelines to address future hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and relevant employment legislation.
Required Experience and Skills
Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field. Essential skills include strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset for identifying top talent.
