Introduction to the Role

Alesayi Holding is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across various business functions, supporting workforce growth through strategic sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This involves defining hiring strategies with managers, proactively sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role contributes to strengthening employer branding and utilizing recruitment analytics for performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent requirements.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent communities, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Manage offer negotiations and pre-employment processes.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to monitor hiring performance and recruitment KPIs.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and talent acquisition best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR are considered an advantage.

Experience and Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing platforms.
  • Experience recruiting across diverse functions and levels.
  • Experience in FMCG and Real Estate sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah or Makkah. The role requires a professional with 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, contributing to the strategic growth of Alesayi Holding's workforce.
