About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from initial sourcing to final hiring, ensuring all activities align with business requirements, company policies, and established key performance indicators.

Core Responsibilities

The Specialist, Talent Acquisition will execute a comprehensive range of duties to attract and secure qualified candidates. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing relevant and qualified CVs through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, *****, headhunters, the CATRION database, and other approved recruitment channels.
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and onboarding processes.
  • Representing CATRION at career fairs to attract potential talent.
  • Ensuring all hiring activities are completed within established KPIs and target timelines.
  • Contacting universities, colleges, and other talent sources to attract fresh graduates and qualified candidates.
  • Conducting numerical, psychological, aptitude, English language, and online assessments for shortlisted candidates.

Recruitment Logistics and Coordination

This role also involves significant logistical and coordination efforts to support the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, particularly for overseas candidates:

  • Handling overseas recruitment, including documentation, medical follow-up, and employment contracts.
  • Coordinating with HR Operations on various aspects of the recruitment cycle.
  • Managing travel ticket requests for new hires from different countries and agents.
  • Coordinating airport pickup and accommodation arrangements for new hires.
  • Coordinating with approved task force companies to secure the required workforce on time.

Administrative and Compliance Duties

The Specialist will also be responsible for essential administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards:

  • Updating the Employment/Vacancies Weekly Report.
  • Preparing and distributing recruitment notifications.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Performing other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law.
  • Adhering to Cybersecurity policies and procedures, including handling data and information according to their classification level.
  • Protecting copyrights, patents, intellectual property rights, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Complying with Cybersecurity requirements related to user devices, internet, software, systems, and email.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates applying for the Specialist, Talent Acquisition position should possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
