Saudi Airlines Catering Company is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is integral to managing the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring the company attracts and hires qualified candidates efficiently and in accordance with established standards.

Role Overview

The Specialist, Talent Acquisition will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process. This encompasses sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates in alignment with business requirements, company policies, and established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Search for relevant and qualified CVs through various channels, including job portals (LinkedIn, ******, headhunters, the CATRION database, and other approved recruitment channels based on departmental requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Manage the full Recruitment Cycle, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, onboarding, overseas recruitment, documentation, medical follow-up, employment contracts, and coordination with HR Operations.
• Handle travel ticket requests for new hires from different countries and agents.
• Coordinate airport pickup and accommodation arrangements for new hires.
• Represent CATRION at career fairs.
• Ensure hiring is completed within established KPIs and target timelines.
• Update the Employment/Vacancies Weekly Report.
• Prepare and distribute recruitment notifications.
• Contact universities, colleges, and other talent sources to attract fresh graduates and qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with approved task force companies to secure the required workforce on time.
• Conduct numerical, psychological, aptitude, English language, and online assessments for shortlisted candidates.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Compliance and Operational Duties

• Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law.
• Adhere to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Handle data and information according to their level of classification.
• Protect copyrights, patents, intellectual property rights, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with Cybersecurity requirements related to user devices, internet, software, systems, and email.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Nationality: Saudi Arabia.
