The Role: Talent Specialist

Almarai is seeking a Talent Specialist to join its Talent team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about talent management, assessment systems, and supporting people-focused initiatives. Key Responsibilities

The Talent Specialist will undertake a range of responsibilities critical to the Talent function, including:

• Supporting daily talent management activities and operations.
• Coordinating tasks related to assessment systems.
• Managing assigned projects within the talent department.
• Collaborating effectively with key internal stakeholders.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate talent data and preparing presentations.

Qualifications and Experience
