Job Description

About the Role

Jeddah Transport Company is seeking a Human Capital Specialist Talent Management to provide operational support for the organization’s Training & Development and Recruitment activities. This full-time role is based in Makkah, specifically covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The specialist will coordinate and execute day-to-day HR processes, maintain accurate records, and support employees and candidates throughout relevant processes, ensuring timely completion of HR activities in line with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities in Training & Development

  • Coordinate the implementation of the annual training and development plan.
  • Collect and consolidate training needs from departments and employees.
  • Coordinate training nominations, registrations, schedules, venues, and logistics.
  • Liaise with training providers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to arrange training programs.
  • Prepare training invitations, attendance lists, confirmations, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee training records, including attendance, completion, certifications, and training hours.
  • Track training participation and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Support the administration of post-training evaluations and feedback surveys.
  • Prepare training reports, dashboards, and regular updates on training activities and utilization.
  • Support the coordination of employee development initiatives, workshops, career development activities, and other learning programs.
  • Assist in monitoring the training budget and processing related documentation and invoices.

Key Responsibilities in Recruitment

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process from approved manpower requests through onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to collect job requirements and ensure vacancies are processed on time.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements through approved recruitment channels.
  • Source and screen candidates against established job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure recruitment information is accurately updated.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including documentation, background checks, medical examinations, and other applicable requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate offer documentation and follow up on candidate acceptance.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating joining requirements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on vacancy status, time-to-fill, and recruitment progress.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and other recruitment partners when required.

General HR Support and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee, training, and recruitment records.
  • Ensure HR transactions and documentation are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, presentations, and management updates as required.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending HR actions with employees, managers, and external providers.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Support HR projects, initiatives, and organizational activities as assigned.
  • Provide timely and professional support to employees, candidates, managers, and external stakeholders.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant human resources role, with a focus on talent management, training, and recruitment activities.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah.
