About the Role

MAGRABi Retail Group is seeking a Tamheer Insurance Master Data professional to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on managing and maintaining insurance policy data within the company's systems. The role involves ensuring data accuracy and availability to support efficient operations across all MAGRABi and Doctor M stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Download and review insurance policy files to confirm data accuracy before uploading them into the POS system.
• Add insurance policies to the POS system to enable stores to process insurance invoices efficiently.
• Update insurance policy benefits, coverage limits, and policy changes to maintain compliance with insurance agreements.
• Maintain the accuracy and availability of insurance policy data across all MAGRABi and Doctor M stores in the POS system.
• Provide daily support to stores by resolving policy-related inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve policy setup and master data issues that could lead to billing errors or claim rejections.

Qualifications and Education

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Experience and Skills

• No prior work experience is required for this role.
• Ability to review and validate insurance policy data accurately is preferred.
• Ability to analyze insurance policy benefits and coverage is preferred.
• Exposure to maintaining and updating master data in a POS or ERP system is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering an opportunity to contribute to the operational efficiency of a retail group. The role involves working closely with store operations to ensure seamless insurance processing.
