About the Role

Allagro is seeking a Technical Sales Executive for its Dairy Division in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and growing sales of dairy ingredients, providing technical support to key accounts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand sales of dairy ingredients to key accounts across Saudi Arabia.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding dairy formulations, processing challenges, and product optimization.
• Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and troubleshooting activities at customer facilities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the dairy sector.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations and internal quality standards.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science or Food Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in dairy processing or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of dairy ingredients, including stabilizers, cultures, proteins, and emulsifiers.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in customer handling and relationship management.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh and requires the ability to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia to customer facilities and for market monitoring. The position is full-time.
