Role Overview: Telecom / ICT Tender Engineer

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Telecom / ICT Tender Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to meeting operational and development targets by performing planned activities according to delivery schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively utilizing resources to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned activities to achieve operational and development targets as per established delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to meet objectives within defined cost and time constraints.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports detailing any deviations from planned tasks and their execution.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate management levels.
• Ensure all quality requirements are met by developing and implementing effective quality control processes and specifications for products or activities.
• Coordinate and maintain well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the designated work area to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and the delivery of high-quality outputs.

Management and Team Leadership

• Provide training to subordinates and facilitate team formation to ensure effective work execution.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates across all aspects of their work.
• Delegate tasks to subordinates based on their respective assignments.
• Ensure a fair distribution of tasks among team members to maintain morale and motivation.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Telecom / ICT Tender Engineer position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or ICT sector, ideally with exposure to tender processes and EPC projects.
