About the Role

Syscort Technologies is seeking a hands-on Temenos Transact Technical Lead for an active implementation engagement in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a strong technical background in Temenos Transact (T24) with a focus on L3 production support, API exposure, and interface development.

Core Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing advanced L3 production support, which includes Java-level debugging, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution beyond basic T24 toolkit levels. A key aspect of the role involves exposing Temenos APIs through the Integration Framework, Web Services, and OFS for integration with various channels and external systems. The position also requires the design and development of interfaces with surrounding banking and external systems, such as payments, SWIFT, channels, and regulatory reporting. Hands-on T24 customization, including routines, versions, inquiries, and COB, is also a significant part of the role. This position requires direct collaboration with client technical and business teams onsite.

Technical Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with Temenos Transact/T24 is essential.
• Strong, demonstrable Java development experience is required, not merely listed as a skill.
• Proven experience in L3 production support, specifically with Java-level fixes, is critical.
• Hands-on experience with exposing Temenos APIs, including the Integration Framework, Web Services, and OFS.
• Solid experience in building interfaces with systems such as SWIFT, payments, and channel integrations.

Experience and Background

Candidates should possess a strong track record in Temenos Transact/T24 implementations. Prior experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia (KSA), is preferred for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working directly with client teams onsite, requiring close collaboration and communication.
