Introduction to the Role

TE Force is seeking a Test Drives Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the meticulous organization and oversight of test drive operations.

Role Overview

The Test Drives Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe execution of all test drive activities. This involves comprehensive planning, organization, and supervision, from scheduling and vehicle preparation to coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes monitoring performance, gathering feedback, maintaining accurate records, and reporting on key metrics to support continuous operational improvement and adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise a team of test drivers to execute 2 to 3 test drive shifts daily, ensuring adequate coverage and schedule adherence.
  • Collect, review, and consolidate feedback from test drivers after each shift.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation of all test drive results, observations, and incidents within designated reporting systems.
  • Prepare and submit weekly status reports summarizing test progress, mileage/shift completion, open issues, and key findings to project stakeholders.
  • Act as the central point of contact for customer project managers and function owners regarding test drive execution, status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor driver compliance with safety regulations, test protocols, confidentiality requirements, and vehicle handling guidelines.
  • Coordinate shift scheduling, vehicle allocation, and route/track planning in collaboration with logistics and fleet management.
  • Support the onboarding, briefing, and training of new test drivers on test procedures, documentation tools, and safety standards.
  • Escalate technical issues, vehicle malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly to relevant engineering or management contacts.
  • Maintain vehicle logbooks and ensure prototype/test vehicles are handled in line with confidentiality and camouflage requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for test drive processes, tools, and documentation quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in a coordination, logistics, or operational support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and oversee activities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing clear reports.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements.

Work Setting

This position is based at a proving ground or test site in Riyadh, involving regular exposure to outdoor testing environments. Flexible working hours may be required to align with test shift schedules.
