About the Role

HCLTech is seeking a Track Lead - Program & Project Management for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence through effective project execution and team empowerment within the Support & Operations function.

Role Purpose

The Track Lead focuses on continuous improvement and problem-solving to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position involves fostering a collaborative environment that contributes to organizational success and drives progress through strategic project management and operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance operational systems by implementing project management methodologies and tools to improve management reporting and streamline information flow across teams.
• Analyze client requirements and ensure the support team delivers exceptional service that meets or exceeds client expectations, utilizing DMO principles for optimal outcomes.
• Lead and mentor project teams by facilitating transparent communication of goals and expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process development and implementing best practices that contribute to overall organizational progress.
• Provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs and organizational capabilities, leveraging project management expertise to achieve business results.

Work Environment
