The Role: Traffic Manager

IC İctas Construction is seeking a Traffic Manager to join its team for a highway project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing all aspects of traffic management to ensure project efficiency and safety within the specified scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all traffic management activities within the project scope.
• Ensure the preparation and on-site implementation of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and temporary traffic arrangements.
• Manage traffic safety, guidance, signage, and road closure processes in accordance with relevant standards.
• Ensure the continuous progress of traffic operations by coordinating effectively with design, site, and construction teams.
• Conduct necessary approval and coordination processes with the employer, consulting firms, and relevant official institutions.
• Monitor traffic management implementations on-site to ensure compliance with project objectives and occupational safety standards.
• Provide regular technical reporting to project management and oversee team performance.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Traffic Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in traffic management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or highway projects.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specifically assigned to a highway construction project.
