The Role

Zofeur is seeking a Training Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and delivering training programs, assessing their effectiveness, and ensuring new hires are properly onboarded. The specialist will be responsible for identifying training needs and integrating taught skills into employee work behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs by evaluating employee strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop training programs and prepare teaching plans.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
• Deliver training courses to employees.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employee work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events.
• Demonstrated ability to master the full training cycle.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in training and development.
