Transaction Advisory Manager

About the Role

SAB is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager to join the Credit and Lending Department. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working closely with Relationship Managers to facilitate lending proposals and optimize credit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to advance lending proposals, including coordinating DPCs and issuing DPC decisions.
• Work with RMs to finalize credit assessments, secure necessary business endorsements in line with credit policy, and present proposals to WCR for credit approval.
• Provide recommendations to RMs on maximizing relationship potential, focusing on lending share of wallet, utilization levels, ancillary business, and lending structure to enhance CIB revenues, profitability, and returns.
• Maintain oversight of the lending pipeline, assist RMs in expediting lending opportunities, and follow up on key deals through approval and drawdowns, providing updates to General Managers (GMs) as required.
• Engage with the coverage team and WCR to improve CARM quality, reduce CARM resubmission rates, and enhance the overall credit decisioning turnaround time.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory or a similar role within a credit and lending environment.

This is a full-time role within the Credit and Lending Department, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Relationship Managers, the coverage team, and WCR.
