About the Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Transformation Success Engineer (TSE) to join the Global Transformation Practice in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring enterprise customers achieve a seamless migration and security operations transformation to modern platforms. The Transformation Success Engineer will manage the end-to-end customer transition lifecycle, executing high-velocity sprints that combine technical engineering expertise with customer-facing delivery.

Role Context

As a Cortex Transformation Engineer, you will be a critical part of a synchronized global model, responsible for data cutovers, leading immersive operational workshops, and demonstrating quantifiable business value to customer security leadership. This position focuses on bridging the gap between platform implementation and true adoption, ensuring customers maximize their investment in modern security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technical migrations of customer environments from legacy systems to modern platforms.
• Manage policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setups, and log ingestion validations against Palo Alto Networks "Golden Standard" design templates.
• Conduct practitioner-focused "Day in the Life" (DITL) workshops to facilitate platform adoption.
• Educate customer teams on native platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks using both 1-on-1 and cohort-based delivery models.
• Lead structured Value Realization sessions with customer technical stakeholders.
• Utilize native platform dashboards to demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency, securing formal project sign-off.
