Enjaz is seeking a Treasury Assistant Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily treasury operations and contributing to strategic financial planning within the company.

Role Overview

The Treasury Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring treasury functions, including payments, collections, and account reconciliation. The role requires adherence to established policies and procedures, with a focus on ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor daily treasury functions, including payment operations, collections, and reconciliation of company accounts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Review and manage day-to-day and strategic liquidity to support company operations and planning.
  • Develop strategies for the Money Market and FX Unit in line with Treasury department guidelines and overall company objectives.
  • Review the company's liquidity, FX positions, and margins in coordination with the Treasury Manager.
  • Monitor market exchange rates and make necessary adjustments to company FX rates.
  • Review operational and financial results of the Unit against objectives and budgets.
  • Review foreign currency revenue and profit margins with relevant Units and the Treasurer.
  • Assist in determining the overall liquidity strategy.
  • Ensure all outstanding deals are within defined limits and the Treasury net open position adheres to pre-assigned limits.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to the company’s financial activities.
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place and operating effectively to mitigate risks in treasury operations.
  • Comply with all regulatory and internal risk requirements.
  • Maintain and develop counterparty relationships to increase FX activity.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies for effective company representation.
  • Stay updated with market developments and share information with subordinates, supporting team competency improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in treasury functions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of treasury policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing liquidity, foreign exchange, and money market operations.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
