The Role of Treasury Lead

Syarah is seeking a Treasury Lead to manage the company's daily treasury operations. This role is responsible for ensuring effective cash flow management, accurate bank reconciliations, and the smooth execution of all inward and outward payments. The Treasury Lead will maintain strong communication with banks and internal stakeholders to support the company's financial stability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
• Manage daily cash flow planning and liquidity requirements.
• Supervise and control all inward and outward payment processes.
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Maintain effective communication with banks and external financial institutions.
• Monitor treasury activities to ensure compliance with company policies and controls.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Treasury Lead position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in treasury operations or a similar financial management role.
