Treasury Manager

About the Role

Samaya is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join its Finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a strong background in corporate banking, financing arrangements, and bank facilities management, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and the optimization of financing costs. The role involves managing financial facilities and ensuring compliance with banking requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities, loans, overdrafts, guarantees, and other financing arrangements.
• Oversee bank facility documentation, renewals, compliance requirements, and covenant monitoring.
• Optimize financing costs, working capital, and cash utilization.
• Monitor facility utilization, available credit limits, and funding requirements.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare treasury reports and financing analyses to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of financing and banking transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in treasury and corporate banking, including hands-on experience in bank facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of credit facilities, financing structures, bank guarantees, and banking documentation.

Required Skills

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as MS 365.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Samaya's Finance team.
