About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Treasury Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the company's financial operations, focusing on the day-to-day management of treasury activities. The role involves maintaining and monitoring bank-related functions, supporting compliance, and ensuring effective banking deliverables. The primary objective is to optimize financial resources, maintain liquidity, and mitigate financial risks for the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct daily updates of bank position reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations against the General Ledger (GL) and reconcile assigned clearing accounts.
• Ensure the timely and accurate creation of journal entries for all bank account transactions.
• Prepare bank exposure and facility utilization reports.
• Keep track of account schedules, including Prepayments, Loans, and amortization.
• Proactively liaise with bank representatives on all banking matters and provide guidance on solutions.
• Prepare various other journal entries into the system as required.

Financial Oversight and Compliance

• Review all payments, transfer orders, and cheques to ensure strict compliance with established standards and internal processes.
• Handle confidential documents and other sensitive data daily, including screening data, financial records, banking and compliance information, and Know Your Client (KYC) sensitive materials.
• Ensure all screening record-keeping is up to date and securely stored in accordance with data protection laws.
• Document all areas of work in line with organizational due diligence processes.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in treasury operations or a related financial role. This position requires a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive financial information with discretion.

Work Environment and Expectations

The Treasury Officer will operate within a professional financial department, contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of UCC Holding's financial resources. The role also involves supporting the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives, participating in safety awareness activities, and contributing to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.
