UH M Instructor Pilot

About the Role

GDC Middle East (الشركة السعودية لتهيئة وصيانة الطائرات) is seeking an experienced UH60M Instructor Pilot to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves performing duties as an Instructor Pilot for UH-60M Series Aircraft and supporting simulation devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various training and evaluation programs for customer and aviation pilots.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate Aviation pilots in the UH-60M Series Aircraft according to MNG-AVN Aircrew Training Manual (ATM) and unit ATP guidelines.
• Report to the Battalion Standardization Officer and adhere to contract policies and procedures.
• Supervise assigned Instructor Pilots and all flight training functions, including daily operations and endorsements.
• Assist in managing the Aviation Aircrew Training Program in line with customer guidance.
• Ensure all required flight training publications are current and complete.
• Conduct and evaluate individual readiness level progression tasks, including instrument flight during day, night, night vision goggle (NVG), and instrument flight rules (IFR).
• Prepare pilots through realistic mission training flight maneuvers under local environmental conditions, such as dust landings, overwater flight, and desert training.
• Provide aircrew proficiency training in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) within and outside controlled airspace under FAA and/or ICAO rules.
• Attend meetings with customers and provide training and mission planning input to weekly Production Control and Operations meetings.
• Provide direct interface and daily status reports on training status, mission assignments, and crew status.

Additional Duties

• Conduct academic and hands-on performance training and administer evaluations to ensure pilot proficiency and standardization.
• Maintain Individual Aircrew Training Folders (IATF) and complete required training, currency, and readiness entries.
• Deliver UH-60M Series Aircraft specific ground school instruction in a classroom setting.
• Provide basic instrument instruction in the aircraft and flight training device(s).
• Perform flight training duties in contact, instrument, and combat skills training to MNG-AVN ATM standards.
• Instruction may include individual or group formats in academic classrooms, aircraft, or simulators.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Director Brigade Flight Training and/or the Battalion Standardization Officer.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant aviation role.
• Proficiency in UH-60M Series Aircraft operations and simulation devices.
• Ability to conduct qualification, refresher, readiness level, mission, and continuation training.
• Strong understanding of MNG-AVN Aircrew Training Manual (ATM) requirements.
