The Role of Vice President Project Development

The Vice President Project Development will lead projects from the feasibility stage through investment approval and into early execution. This full-time role involves managing various critical aspects of project development, ensuring alignment with national objectives and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading project development from feasibility studies to investment approval and early execution.
• Managing master planning processes for large-scale projects.
• Conducting and overseeing financial modelling to assess project viability.
• Ensuring effective stakeholder alignment with government entities, advisors, and delivery partners.
• Developing and implementing project development strategies.
• Focusing on the commercial viability and investor-readiness of projects.
• Supporting portfolio-level planning and prioritisation initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Demonstrated senior experience in project development, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate environments.
• Strong exposure to feasibility studies and investment case development.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience working on Saudi mega or giga projects is highly advantageous.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and commercial rigour.
• Credibility in government-facing roles.
