About the Role

Hire Fellows is seeking a Videographer to join a fast-growing creative marketing agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves producing high-quality video content for various brands across social media and digital platforms. The successful candidate will manage the entire video creation process, from concept to post-production, collaborating closely with the creative team.

Role Context

The Videographer will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling visual stories. This includes developing concepts, filming, editing, and overseeing post-production to deliver engaging content that aligns with each client's brand identity and campaign objectives. The role requires a strong creative eye, excellent technical proficiency, and a commitment to producing high-performing content across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and content ideas for client campaigns.
• Manage all aspects of production, including camera equipment, lighting, audio, and on-site filming.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, incorporating graphics, music, sound effects, and motion elements as needed.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform-specific best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements to create relevant and engaging videos.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Maintain an organized library of footage, project files, and production equipment.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather feedback and refine video content.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Videographer, Video Content Creator, Camera Operator, or in a similar role.
• A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is required.
