The Role of VP of Digital Transformation

The VP of Digital Transformation is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for partial remote work. This role is responsible for leading the design and execution of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. The VP will ensure that technology, data, and processes are aligned with Beamra’s strategic goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee digital programs and projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities.
• Improve customer journeys and embed AI-driven decision-making into operational processes.
• Manage executive-level communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide change management efforts across the organization.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex digital initiatives.
• Experience in aligning technology, data, and processes with strategic business objectives.
• Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams.

Work Environment
