The Role of Training Program & PT Network Specialist

Technogym is seeking a Training Program & PT Network Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing education on Technogym products to fitness professionals to enhance customer success and brand loyalty. The specialist will also contribute to the growth of the Personal Trainer Network and revenue generation, aligning with the company's Go Consumer strategy. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Wellness Institute Educators in delivering education on Technogym products, including Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic, and Group Cycle.
• Implement and manage quality assurance processes and personal development plans for Wellness Institute Educators.
• Guide Wellness Institute Educators in creating and delivering individual and group programming for customers.
• Deliver training across the product and solution portfolio as needed.
• Propose new educational content for workshops and online resources, adhering to Technogym Wellness Institute best practices.
• Manage training plans and development days for customers and upskill Wellness Institute Educators.
• Oversee the full training schedule for resource planning.
• Communicate with Sales Teams and Customers to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
• Provide training content and tools on new product launches to various channels/segments, including training Key Users.
• Deliver product knowledge during marketing events.
• Support the creation of a personal trainer network to develop events and educational opportunities for fitness professionals.
• Launch new service offerings such as remote coaching and personal training services.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive and ethical team player with strong problem-solving abilities and an aspiring attitude. This role requires an individual capable of engaging colleagues to achieve goals and pursue excellence.

• Experience: 3+ years as a Master Fitness Trainer, with qualifications across Fit, Functional Outrace, Skill Athletic, and Group Cycle.
• Education: A Sports and Health Science Degree or Psychological Science Degree. An Exercise and Sports Science or similar/biomedical degree is desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of commercial considerations for fitness facilities and deep knowledge of education delivery principles and structure.
• Training Expertise: Experience in delivering education to adults within the fitness industry, such as for a training provider.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills in person, by telephone, and in written communications.
• Pedagogical Approach: Solid knowledge of thorough, proficient, and well-structured approaches to education, capable of delivering engaging education using diverse learning styles.
• Industry Awareness: At the forefront of emerging industry practices.
