Fitness Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Fitness team to support efficient club operations and a positive member experience.

·        

Develop and implement member engagement strategies that support member satisfaction and retention.

·        

Oversee and diversify fitness programs to meet members’ needs and interests.

·        

Support the training and development of the Fitness team to strengthen their knowledge and service quality. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        

Degree in Physical Education or a related field. Relevant fitness certifications.

·        

At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a similar role.

·        

Certifications in group training, personal training, and functional exercise training.
