Wind Service Solution Lead

Envision Energy is seeking a Wind Service Solution Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on developing and delivering comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) service solutions within the wind power industry.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to secure O&M service contracts and provide support for project sales through the effective delivery of integrated O&M service solutions. The Lead will be instrumental in shaping the company's service offerings and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and update the company’s O&M service offerings.
• Accurately acquire and interpret client requirements for O&M services.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on project Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Develop customized O&M solutions tailored to specific project needs.
• Identify potential project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical input for project cost accounting and allocation processes.
• Participate in client interactions to effectively promote the company’s O&M services.
• Support and/or participate in contract negotiations for O&M services.
• Recommend O&M service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and plan initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Perform other assigned ad hoc tasks as required by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the wind power industry.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Open-minded approach and strong capability to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a dynamic team focused on renewable energy solutions.
