Service Delivery Lead

About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in service delivery, focusing on technical operations across various IT domains.

Role Overview

The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical operations, ensuring service availability, and managing critical incidents. This role involves leading L2/L3 technical support and maintaining operational efficiency across diverse infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 technical operations across infrastructure, networks, servers, security, databases, backup/DR, and applications.
• Manage major incidents, critical escalations, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate disaster recovery (DR) testing and service restoration.
• Monitor service availability, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, patches, changes, and upgrades.
• Manage OEM/vendor support and technical escalations.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and vendors.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in service delivery or technical operations management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic IT services environment at MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co.
