Workforce Staffing Coordinator

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Workforce Staffing Coordinator to manage HR-related government transactions and ensure regulatory compliance across key government portals in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The coordinator will be responsible for operations on platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, and HRDF (Hadaf), ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and other applicable government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all employee-related transactions and records on the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) platform.
• Handle employment contracts, employee transfers, and work permits through the Qiwa platform.
• Oversee HRDF (Hadaf) programs, including employee registrations and government support initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain compliance across all HR-related government platforms.
• Ensure employee information is accurate, complete, and consistent across internal systems and government portals.
• Track regulatory deadlines and ensure all required submissions and updates are completed on time.
• Monitor Saudization requirements and support the company in maintaining the required Nitaqat compliance level.
• Stay updated on changes to Saudi labor laws, government regulations, and platform requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve compliance-related matters.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions to minimize operational and regulatory risks.
• Prepare regular compliance reports, dashboards, and updates for HR management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support internal and external audits.
