About the Role

Hashi Basha Holding Co. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of inventory, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Role Overview

This role plays a vital part in the supply chain, focusing on the meticulous handling and tracking of materials. The Warehouse Keeper will ensure that all inventory processes adhere to established company standards and contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials and goods, verifying their conformity with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Organize and arrange items within the warehouse according to approved standards.
• Dispense materials and goods to relevant departments or beneficiaries based on approved requests.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage to prevent damage or loss.
• Update inventory records and accurately log all receiving and dispensing activities into the system.
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts, reconciling results with actual records.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when reordering is necessary.
• Track expiry dates for perishable items and apply the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory movement and stock levels.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to occupational safety and health standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing, transportation, and other departments to ensure the timely availability of required materials.
• Verify the condition of stored materials and report any damage or shortages.
• Maintain custody of all assets within the warehouse.
• Implement company policies and procedures related to warehouse and inventory management.
• Contribute to improving the efficiency of storage and handling operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a General Secondary Certificate or a Diploma in Warehouse Management.
• A minimum of two years of practical experience in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in using computers and warehouse software.
• Understanding of FIFO principles and general inventory management practices.
• Physical fitness suitable for fieldwork.
• Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active engagement in warehouse operations. The role involves coordination with various internal departments to ensure smooth material flow and efficient stock management.
