Responsible for managing and organizing all daily operations within the warehouse, including receiving materials and products, ensuring they match the required quantities and specifications, and arranging and storing them according to appropriate methods that ensure ease of access and maintain their safety.

He is responsible for following up on the processes of dispensing and delivering items, accurately recording inventory movement, monitoring available quantities, conducting periodic inventory, and reconciling actual inventory with records, in addition to following up on any shortages or discrepancies and submitting the necessary reports regarding them.

Responsibilities also include maintaining the order and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring the application of safety and storage procedures, organizing documents and records related to item movement, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of receiving and dispensing operations.
